Refund Policy

In short. Cancel at any time and keep access until the end of your paid month. New customers have a 14-day money-back guarantee on their first payment. The Private Beta is free, so there is nothing to refund.
1. Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
2. 14-day money-back guarantee
If Content Echo is not right for your channel, you can ask for a full refund of your first payment of your first paid plan within 14 days of that payment. Write to hello@usecontentecho.com from the email you used at checkout, or reply to your receipt. The guarantee applies once per creator or channel.
3. Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancelling, you keep access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again. Apart from the guarantee above, we do not refund partial months.
4. Renewals, upgrades and add-ons
- Renewals: subscriptions renew automatically each month. Renewal payments are not refundable, so please cancel before your renewal date if you no longer need the Service.
- Upgrades and downgrades: price differences are prorated by Lemon Squeezy at the time of the change.
- Capacity add-ons (+$20/mo per 50 users) follow the same rules as your plan.
5. Private Beta and Free Trial
The Private Beta and the Free Trial are free and require no payment, so no refunds apply. If you choose a paid plan afterwards, the 14-day guarantee applies to that first payment.
6. Your statutory rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, including any right to cancel under the laws of your country.
